Meet the Artist
I’m Natalie, a 17-year-old artist based in Southwest Washington. I’m a busy high schooler and a full-time student at Clark College through the Running Start program, where I’m on track to graduate with both my high school diploma and an associate’s degree.
My passions are rooted in creativity and nature. I’ve taken formal classes in art, drawing, metalwork & jewelry design, and photography. My artwork has been featured in local school district art shows. When I’m not sketching or designing, you’ll probably find me at the rink—I’ve been figure skating for a few years and am working towards becoming a U.S. Figure Skating double gold medalist
I love exploring new mediums and growing my skills, whether that’s painting with watercolors, designing jewelry with gemstones and metals, or capturing the perfect moment through a camera lens.
Art with Heart
Every piece I create—whether it’s a watercolor, a sketch, a handmade necklace, or a photo—is rooted in the beauty of the world around us. I love using soft, nature-inspired themes with materials like silver, gold, copper, and natural stones. I love experimenting with textures, layering traditional art with photography, and designing wearable art that feels personal and meaningful.
In addition to art, I’m deeply interested in environmental science and have already started pursuing environmental studies at Clark College. I believe that creativity and sustainability can go hand in hand—and that art can be a powerful way to connect with, and protect the natural world.
